Please read these terms carefully. By registering for or using the HIBilet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
To use HIBilet as an organizer, you must:
HIBilet is offered on a monthly subscription basis (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). Access begins upon payment of the applicable activation fee and first monthly subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
All ticket sales are processed through Stripe Connect. By using HIBilet, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
HIBilet facilitates the connection between your Stripe account and the ticket checkout flow. HIBilet does not hold, escrow, or manage your ticket revenues. You are the merchant of record for all ticket transactions you initiate through the platform.
HIBilet is not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's services, including payment failures, account restrictions, or disputes with buyers.

HIBilet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these prohibitions, without prior notice and without refund.
Organizers on Growth and Enterprise plans may configure their own branded sales portal using a custom domain. Reseller licenses (white-label sub-deployments) are available under separate commercial agreements. Resellers must comply with these Terms and ensure their sub-organizers do the same. Resellers may not represent their deployment as a Stripe product, as HIBilet technology itself, or misrepresent the underlying provider.
HIBilet and all associated software, trademarks, designs, and content are the intellectual property of HIBilet B.V. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the purpose of managing and selling tickets to your events. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the HIBilet platform without express written permission.
The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you are a data controller for attendee data collected through your events, and HIBilet is a data processor acting on your behalf. You must have a lawful basis for processing attendee data and must provide appropriate privacy notices to your buyers.
HIBilet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIBilet disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HIBilet's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. In no event shall HIBilet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIBilet B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. HIBilet may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and HIBilet will not be obligated to retain your data beyond the minimum period required by law. Activation fees are non-refundable. Unused monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at HIBilet's sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication for a period of 30 days.
HIBilet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered organizers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order forms or reseller agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and HIBilet B.V. and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
