Correct. Zero. Not 0.5%, not 1%. HIBilet earns nothing from your ticket sales. We charge a flat monthly subscription fee — that's it. All ticket revenue flows directly to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect.
The one-time activation fee covers your account setup, Stripe Connect configuration, domain configuration (Growth and above), onboarding session, and provisioning your dedicated organizer workspace. It is paid once at sign-up and never again.
The first month you go over is free — a grace period we give every organizer. After that, we recommend upgrading to the next tier. There are no hidden overage charges, and you'll always receive a heads-up notification before any change takes effect.
We don't offer a generic trial, but we do offer a guided demo with a real sandbox environment. You can see the full product, run a mock event, and experience the checkout flow before committing. Book a demo via the contact page.
You decide your own service fee structure for buyers. HIBilet doesn't add any fees on the buyer side — you can choose to absorb costs entirely, add a booking fee, or pass through Stripe's standard processing fee. It's completely up to you.
Reseller licensing is custom-quoted based on your organizer volume and required infrastructure. You pay a fixed license fee to HIBilet and can charge your organizers at any price you choose. There is no revenue share — HIBilet earns nothing from your organizers' ticket sales. Contact us to get a proposal tailored to your network size.
Yes. HIBilet is completely month-to-month. You can cancel before your next billing cycle with no penalty. The only non-refundable cost is the one-time activation fee, which is clearly stated upfront.
